Is the 4.0 version working with Google API V3?

Hi, I've seen the Subgurim DLL 4.0 version (released 9 May 2012).
Is this version working also with Google API V3 API?
The V2 version was deprecated from Google and I can't make a new application work with the old API KEY.

Hi,
The new version works against Maps API v3 so the API key is no longer needed. You can request a v3 API key to track Maps usage here, but it's optional:
https://code.google.com/apis/console
As well, Premier users need another key that is not supported yet but will be in brief.
